I was named by "Queen Elizabeth III". Curious? Still remembered the day I attended the Citizenship Ceremony? Michael and his son were calling me to snap a photo with all of them, but I was reluctant to do so! Besides, they exclaimed that I looked alike the Queen sitting on the golden chair (there is a portrait of Queen Elizabeth hanging on the wall)

Since the previous blog I had mentioned on how to become an Australian Citizen, then I should take this opportunity to elaborate more on how to become an Australian Permanent Residency (PR).The following selection is only applicable to people outside Australia.
a) Applying under Skilled Migrant (subclass 175)....like I do):
- Pass a point test of 120
- Age under 45
b) Applying under Skilled-Sponsored Migrant (subclass 176)):
- Pass a point test of 100
- Age under 45
- Sponsored by an eligible relative living in Australia.
The point test is calculated based on:
- Age (Points: 30)
- English language ability (Points: 25)
- Nominated Skill Occupation (Points: 60)
- Work Experience (Points: 10)
- English language ability (Points: 25)
