BOH

I'm on Back of House today ~ No CALLS for me!


I bet there be a lot of fun by calling the customer rather than picking up the calls ~ It's a courtesy call regarding their Internet fault - explaining their issue are been escalated to the second level for further investigation and/or booking for an appointment o get the field to visit their premises to check out the root cause of the problem.

Hope you guys enjoy your working environment too!
