???

When I was taking train today, I overheard a conversation between a lady and a young chap. Guess what? This young chap is turning 16 in 2 months time and no longer attending school (I'm still able to accept that fact) . The worst part was he is going to be a DAD in 5 months time. 

I shouldn't be surprise at about this anymore because I heard a lot. Still I can't figure out how is he going to survive? I knew there will be allowances provided by the government (about 400-500/fortnightly)

P/S: I personally think that 16 is the time to enjoy himself/herself in school with bunch of friends.
