Training next weekend organized by Personnel- Problem Solving through 7 QC Tools.
I still remembered one of the tools is Fishbone diagram; aka cause and effect diagram. Had checked out through Google (preferable search engine!)- Scatter diagram, Historgram, Pareto diagram, Checklist, Control Chart & last but not least Flow Chart.
I was wondering how would the above chart & diagram can help in solving problem (ignore Fishbone diagram)? Then i was thinking about SWOT Analysis- Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats. Is there any similarity with the Fishbone diagram? Yes, they do have.
