Contruction still going on II

These photos were taken on 27 May 2011...

 This is my house...

 This is the laundry area

This is the bathtub (partially completed)

The house is finally locked up on 29 May 2011. Both of us are no longer able to access the premise. From tomorrow onward, we're only able to view the construction from the window. :(

Another thing to share out with you guys is that, we had finally bought our lounge(sofa). AGAIN, I ordered it online (ebay)- Sydney Lounge Specialist. This is what I'm going for (but GREY in color with chrome feet). The price is reasonable, just because we're located in Perth (the delivery charges is a little expensive!). Besides, it's a reversible chaise and the dimension just fitted to our small family area.

Did you realize that nowadays I've hooked to online purchase? Honestly, if I can't get whatever I need, my alternative solution is ebay.com.au! Most probably, you'll get what you want to. Recently, I bought a Doeromon 4GB USB memory stick too from ebay too. My husband wants to connect it to his car, listening to his songs instead of the repeating one from radio!  I used to pay them through my PAYPAL account. ;) and I found no problem of using it at all- in the sense of reliability and security!

Try it yourself and you'll know...

Awesome Friday

Friday is always awesome to me! Since I started working, I'm always looking forward for Friday night...
Though I'm not the party type-I'll be 'FREE' from hassle for at least 2-days. >,<

Yesterday, my husband and I had a discussion what color to be painted and we decided to go for some soft color (total of 5 difference color). Finger crossed that all the colors will be just perfect-matched to the house.
- 2 colors for the 3 bedrooms as they'll soon be carpeted in BROWN color (something that will contrast to brown color)
- Only 1 color will be applying to laundry, en-suite, bathroom and toilet.
- 2 colors to be applied to kitchen, meals and family area as  I need to get something that will match to the floor and wall tiles in kitchen.

Guess what? I'm now streaming to Mix FM Malaysia AGAIN ~because of the 'MANGLISH ' that I  used to????

I'm back to queue today for just the 2 hours ~due to high volume I guess! I thought that I must had forgotten what to do because I had not been on call for 2 months. Luckily, the customers were pretty fine and kinda happy. On the other hand, I'm kinda worried too as there are some changes that I might not be aware of!

Before I knock-off, I found that I haven't really show you the exact house plan. Therefore, check out the following attachment (It's just a baby lot- I don't mind sharing!)

Have a lovely weekend and spend them wisely, OK? (Note: I'm talking to myself)

Construction continues...

Since we're off and free at home today, we decided to visit Super Amart (furniture store) in Cannington. We had been to the store for a few times and still undecided which to go for. We got three of them that caught our eyes. Check out as below:

Unfortunately, the third one is not available in their website- the one we bought.. It's 1.8m*900m, white in color with 6 black chairs and it's made of wood with a little rough surface (not glossy type as in pic1). The four stands are much more thicker compared to the second one. At first, we thought of going for the pic1 (about 2m, AUD900). After consideration (length issue), we decided to go for the third one. The second and third one are exactly the same price but TV unit is white.  Besides, we decided to go for ALL WHITE in family, dining and kitchen area.

Any thing is, we're absolutely lucky. Guess what? We got AUD200 off purchasing the third one. ;)

Of course, we never miss visiting our house...Here's the progress!
Glazing- 100% completed
(Next week, I guess they will be locking the house after installation of the door)

I'm so HAPPY!

I have bought the TV unit as showed in my previous blog. Finally, the seller allowed it to be dispatched in July and I will be collecting the item from their warehouse. Just to recall your memory, this is the TV unit I'm looking for...

Frankly speaking, there is nothing special about the unit. It's because we just own a small family area whereby they can't really fit-in bigger/longer TV unit. Besides, I can't find something about 1.5m in any store (most of them are about 2m).

Freaking Cold Shower

I'm not sure what happen to our landlord recently,
He switched off the solar whenever it was not been used...
We understood his intention, he might want to save $$$.
Did he know what is exactly SOLAR about?
I guess he's not!

Just to let you know that,we're now in autumn and it is about 10-25°C
It was freaking cold every morning (with the wind blowing from windows) and guess what?
I had been taking cold shower for about 3 weeks already
(switching on/off the solar made no difference)
(luckily, I didn't fall asick)
Anyway, I was totally awake after the shower
:)

Finally, he had the switch on all the time now
His girlfriend and husband were complaining about it
I didn't wanna talk to him at all

That's the reason why I'm so eagerly waiting for the house to be completed!
Even if I need to move in during ghost festival,
I don't care anymore
Hahaha....

Contruction continues IV...

The house now had been plastered...

We're being informed the house should be handover to us in mid July....
2 months to go...
Waiting, waiting & waiting...
(Waiting is always the hardest thing)

Besides, they are going to install the window and shall have the house lockup for cabinet installation and tiling and we might not able to show you the photos... :(

Bad.Good

Last Friday 29.4.2010 was my last day in Complaint Team!
We have nothing much to do as the outstanding cases will be handed back to NSW to follow up
As a result, all of us were kinda free while I was busy chatting with a bunch of friends at the other table

But all of a sudden, one of my colleague approached us exclaiming that, T will be getting rid of 35 casual staffs! (FYI, I'm a casual staff too)

After-all, my heart pounding fast and my hand/feet were so cold
Frankly speaking, it was absolutely terrible!
Fortunately, I was not been kicked off this time.. (Not sure what will happen later)

Today, I'm back on call again and I'm in Donkey Kong team (under Matt Butler)
It was kinda hard as I had not on call for almost a month
Of course, still I managed them well >,<

At about 3pm, I received a call from Marie Claire that I'll be joining the Complaint Teams again tomorrow. Gorgeous!

P/S: On the other hand, I'm looking for other opportunity too!
