 Had been working for a week without break

Finally, I've my break

Nice to be at home

Blasting the speaker to max

Happily singing in the room

Just me...ALL ALONE

Husband is not around

That's always a good thing (sometimes)

Hahah..

Next week, I'm just working 30 hours/week

BTW, I'm on BOH (back of house) AGAIN on Wed and Thu

[ not been on this queue for ages]

Will be making calls to cyclone victims to check out 

whether their service is up running or not?

CNY- Nothing to ME in PERTH

Almost end of day of CNY D2

I guess everyone is enjoying their holiday right now- gathering, steamboat-ing and ang pao ang ang..

I wish I could be one of YOU too

REALLY...(I'm always thinking of!)

Nowadays, as you could hear from the news, cyclone YASI was a mess to the resident in Queensland

Due to that, Perth call centre is busy,busy and busy

(Townsville call centre is temporary closed)

I had been working for 20 hours on CNY D1 & CNY D2

Taking all sort of calls (times flies...)

Ever since I'm back from Malaysia, I have been working for 12 days in 2 weeks...

Of course, GOOD MONEY but NOT ENJOYING at all..

 

Frankly speaking, what am I expecting? MONEY???

Kinda bored- still I need the MONEY wow..

I'm so CONFUSED! :(

I'm back to Perth safely on 24 Jan 2011 at 12pm.

Supposedly, I'm off on 24 Jan. I received a call from my scheduler whether I'm  able start working or not. Without further thought,I went to work at 2pm!
  

Finally, I bought myself a 60mm MACRO lens and a tripod.

After 2 weeks holiday, I have been arranged to work 6 days/week (just for this week- I presumed). FYI, tomorrow (26 Jan) is a Public Holiday in Australia- "Australia Day". Again, I'm working! :)  I don't mind working as I'm broke after a trip back to Malaysia. Haha...

THE TIME HAS COME...

Tomorrow, I'm flying off to Singapore at 9.35pm!

Of course, I'm still working from 7.15am-1.45pm

Will do my last minutes shopping (including visiting bank and etc) after working hour...

Yesterday, I bought a AUD16 credit so that I could make calls to landline/mobile using SKYPE

Had made a test call to mum- not breaking up at all

It was absolutely 'crystal clear' during transmission! :)

Guess how much does it cost for that?

Just AUD 0.03/min (much more cheaper than using my 3 cap-plan)

The other thing is, I might considering signing-up the "UNLIMITED Malaysia" (only applicable to landline in Malaysia) and I just need to pay for AUD7.99/month

What's benefit me?

- 10,000min call time (167hour/month)

- Could make calls up to max. 6 hour/day

- Limited to 50 no#/day

Note: If I signed up the yearly subscription, I just need to pay AUD81.48/year[15% discount] (as now I have to pay for AUD29/month for 2 years contracts)

Besides that, I found out where Vodafone is offering Prepaid 365 days recharge (*similar to Hotlink 365)- That's what I'm looking for as well (I might considering this as well when my mobile contract ended)

** I want to save more $$$....That's my main purpose >.<

Another 4 hours,we'll be entering 2011...

What I have been doing in 2010?

- Working and Blogging

- Building our new house

- Some short trip around Perth

- Move in/out from a place to another
- Been watching heaps of movies/drama

Bought myself a few gadgets:
- A Netbook
- A DSLR cam
- An IPOD Touch
- A Mini Compo

What to be improved in 2011 or looking forward...?

- Continuing to be one to be loved by GOD!

- Looking for a permanent position

- Continuing heading toward healthy lifestyle

- Trip to Hokkaido, Japan

- New house (of course!)

- More blogs

- My C license

- Always be like this apple (staying happily and gratitude to what I have had now and then!)

Lastly, I wish my family members and friend: Stay healthy all the time

When you're healthy, only you're able to achieve whatever you want in 2011...

Xmas is soon approaching, eventually there are SALES all over the mall.

Of course, I have to pamper myself too..

Guess what I get for myself this time? A new watch

 

 

That's the brand!  (I purposely did that)

At first, hubby and I thought of exchanging present during XMas

Unfortunately, we can't think of what to get for each other

Then, I told him I'm looking for a new watch

Luck in on my side, watch is on SALES(up to 50%)

Without much hestitation, I quickly grab one!

As for him, he is looking for a pair of shoe

Still searching for one.....

Today, I received another commendation from a customer.

Normally, the customer will get the TL (supervisor) on call for appreciation

However, this customer wrote a letter to our CEO for appreciation.

Therefore, it's really special and meant a lot to me

That's the reason, I would like to share it with you....

Xmas

We just had our XMAS lunch a week ago and Santa Secret present (exchanging gift among my team). I received a pac of choc,in the meantime I'm giving away a necklace.

Though XMAS is soon approaching, unfortunately I have to work on that day! On the other day, I did get my scheduler to approve my short break in between 26~28 Dec- Plan to have a farmstay or B&B! *26 Dec is Boxing Day (also a PH in Aus)

How are you celebrating your Xmas then?

P/S: I'll meeting YOU in SP in 3 weeks time.

Summer or Spring??

This summer is a bit strange! Why said so?

I don't feel hot at all...

or I would say that we're still enjoying  the spring!

Normally at this time, I could feel the HEAT..

Anyway, can't bother much...

because I can't wait to go back to Malaysia.

Call Quality

Have you heard of this -"Your call will be recorded for quality and coaching purposes." when you trying to reach any call center for assistance?

Nowadays, I could hear my own calls (they just had their system upgraded!) and hope that one day I could share them with you. I personally have no comments with the new system- as long as I did what I 'm supposed to do, then there is nothing much to be scared of! :)

Am I right?

FYI

1. My new home address is 30,Panozza Circle, Maddington,WA, 6109. (haven't started building yet!)

2. Flying back to Malaysia/Singapore in a month time.

3. I received another commendation today.

4. Working from 6-2pm for this entire week.

5. My mum will be visiting Taiwan for a holiday- Safe journey to you! [Note: Don't forget about my Coke]

6. I'm going to receive my pay tomorrow. [That's happen every Tuesday :) ]

7. It's summer now in Perth! (Never ever visit Australia at this time!)

8. I'm OFF on Wed and Thurs (being a "Bo" instead of a "Kang")

9. INSOMNIA yesterday! (Thinking of what to do to the new house!)

10. My sis bought me some wall sticker for the new house!

My job scope

Since,I have not been blogging for quiet sometime- Perhaps, let me reveal a little bit more about my job scope. When I first joined the organization, we're trained to support ADSL, Cable and Wireless broadband. However, nowadays all the calls were being transferred to Philippines.

Just let me briefly explain to you what is exactly the 2 of them.

T-Box is a Internet and TV experience- A set top box give you access to FTA TV channel and connect to Bigpond service (BPTV, BP Video, BP Movie) as well as connecting to Youtube. While a T-Hub is more than just a phone- A touch screen where you could connect to Internet easily with just a click.
